How to Conduct Program Change

In this training article, we will cover how to conduct program changes. Program changes will need to happen anytime a child in your center will need the pricing of their current enrollment to change. In many centers, conducting a program change may also include a change to the child's home class. 

1. You will be to go to the child's enrollments in the bottom right corner of their profile.  Next to the current enrollment you will see the 3-dot menu, click that and choose Move.

2. Once you have clicked move, a modal will come up for you to select the program, start date, days and hours, and assign to class.

3. Then you will select review, then update. Once you have clicked update, you will see under enrollments and recurring visits that the program has changed.
