Payments and Charges Reports:
In the Payments and Charges report, you will find reports that include credits and discounts, Program Charges, Payments and Wallet Loads, and Balances. Many of the different reports you'll need for accounting will be listed in this section.
Please Note: These reports contain confidential information.
To export a report, open the report you are wanting to print and click on the blue export button in the upper right hand corner. Select the file type you want to export- PDF or CSV, and click to get your download. Many of these reports will have date ranges that can be selected too, so make sure you adjust the date range you are looking for.
