Attaching Pictures to Messages

When you create a new message from anywhere in the system, you will have an option to upload a picture that has already been taken on the device with the message. Click on the Browse button under the photo section to bring up any photos already taken on the device.

 

Attaching a picture to Entries 

To send a picture through Family Connection to a family from the classroom device, you will select the child from the children displayed by tapping on the avatar. Select add entry from the menu. Click on add photo and take a photo with the device.  If you have already taken the photo, Select the Browse option to bring up any photos already on this device. Once they are attached, you will send the entry off to the families. This will then be placed on the Child's Daily Journal once released, where the adults will be able to download them.
