How to Change Email for Staff or Adult

When an adult or staff members email address or any personal information needs to be updated you will…..

1. Open up the profile that information needs to be changed

2. Above the avatar you will see an edit personal information button, click on that.

3. Fill in the new email address

4. Once the email address has been updated in personal information, then open the staff menu or adult menu and click on the 3 dots of the staff member or adult that the email was updated to. Under the 3 dots there will be an option to select to send an invitation email. This will allow the staff or adult to receive an email and update their password or use the same password. This must be done  as it will now use this email to sign into Seer.
