How to Sign-in to Your Childcare Seer Account

In this training article we will cover how to sign on to your account. First we will cover how to sign on to Seer on the mobile app. When your childcare provider has inputted your email into Seer, an invitation email will be sent to the email address that you gave your childcare center. When you receive that email, click accept invitation. After clicking on the invitation, you will be directed to set up your password. 

MOBILE LOG IN

1. Once you have set up your password, you can now log in to the mobile app. When open the app you will see below what it will look like. Remember you have to use the same email to login as the email address that the invitation was sent to.

2. Once you have entered your email and your password, you will click the blue sign in button. Once you have logged in you will see your home page. Below you will see a reference picture.

DESKTOP LOG-IN

1. Moving forward to how to log in from a desktop. The process is very similar. You will go to www.childcareseer.com. Once you are on the childcare seer website, you will see the sign in button on the top of the screen

2. Click sign in. Once you click sign in you will be directed to the same familiar site as the mobile app. 

3. You will enter your credentials and click the blue sign in button. Once you are signed in, you will see your home page.
