I want to set up my rooms

Rooms are defined as the physical space within your center and will be where your classes take place. They are not the same as a class in how Seer treats them. You will need you rooms set up in order to host a class in. Rooms are where you will set up your child capacity and age requirements for this physical space. To set up your rooms you will do the following:
1. Go Into your Center Settings and find the Ratios & Rooms section. Inside switch over to Rooms.

2. You can add rooms to your center from here with the Add Room button. With this you can set your rooms name (often matches the class that is taking place in it), its capacity and its age groups it accepts. Click save and the room will be added.

3. Any Rooms already in your center or you would like to repurpose, can be editing from the 3-dot action menu to the right of each rooms info.
Please Note: nYou can also set up new rooms when setting up your classes and it will assign the class to that room, but these rooms will be set without age groups and capacities. To set those after you created them through a new class, you will. need to visit this area.
