I want to edit a program's availability

To edit a programs availability it will depend on if you have children enrolled in it or not. If children are currently enrolled you will need to set a new program and move those children to this new program. To get to your programs, go inside the Pricing menu and it will land you on your programs page.

If there are no children enrolled:

1. Click the 3-dot action menu to the right of the program and choose edit.

 

2. Make any changes to the days, hours and dates the program can run through and click save.

If the Program does have children already enrolled:

1. Click on the 3-dot action menu to the right of the program and choose the clone option

2. Rename your program with something slightly different to tell it apart from your old program. Seer will automatically add the word clone to the end of you program to help with this, but you can change it. 

3. Make any changes to the days, hours and dates the program can run through and click save.

 

Please Note: Once a new program has been created, If you are no longer user the old program, you can delete it and then edit this new one and rename it with the name or the one your just deleted if you wish to have it keep the same name as the one from before.
