Thank you for choosing to integrate your CCMS, Child Care Seer, with KinderConnect to complete attendance tracking requirements for subsidy children in your center.  To synchronize your attendance data, Child Care Seer will use KinderBridge to transmit attendance.  Please use these four simple steps to complete the integration process. 

1. Contact Seer customer success

Please use our Help Button (available on every Seer page) or the link on our website to let our team know that you wish to integrate with KinderConnect. We will enable the configuration of KinderBridge in Seer for your center, which takes just a moment, and then let you know we’ve completed this step. 

2. Connect your center

After our team enables your connection, simply visit My Center and choose the General page.  Scroll to the bottom and click Setup in the KinderBridge Configuration section. 
 

Fill in the Provider ID and Password (Group Code) that you received from KinderSystems.  Then click Connect. 

When successfully connected, you will see your provider ID and a Synchronize Now button.  Please reach out to the Child Care Seer Customer Success team if you have difficulty connecting to KinderBridge. 

3. Link Children

Child Care Seer will automatically link children to KinderConnect using their first name, last name, and date of birth.  To verify that the child is correctly linked, visit the Money section on their Profile page.  Click on Assistance Commitments and verify the child’s KinderBridge Link. If the child is not correctly linked, click the Manage KinderBridge Link button to manually match the child. 

4. Submit Attendance

Child Care Seer will automatically synchronize attendance each night.  To update a child’s attendance, simply make the correction in Seer and we will transmit the update to KinderConnect on the following night.  If you wish to synchronize attendance on demand, please visit My Center, go to the General page, scroll down to the KinderBridge Configuration section, and click Synchronize Now.
