I Want to Invite a Staff Member on Desktop

To invite a staff member to Seer, they must have an active email address listed on their profile. This will be where Seer sends the invite to. 

If a staff member doesn't have an active email, click on 3-dot action menu to the far right and choose Edit personal information. Save after you have entered this email

1. To invite a staff member to Seer you will find the staff member on the list page and click the 3-dot action menu to the far right in their information line.

2. Choose Send invitation email and Seer will send out the invitation. If you have already sent one out and the staff has not yet accepted, this will be replaced by a Re-send invitation email option

3. You can always see the status of their invite by looking in the Status column. Created shows they have not been invited yet. Invited shows you have sent the invite, but they have not yet accepted. Invite Accepted shows they have accepted the invite and are able to access their own portal.

Please Note: If you get a warning that Seer could not send the email it may be due to email notifications being turned off in your settings. Visit My Center from your main list and General to check this.
