I want to send a message to a family from the desktop
1. From inside the Child's Profile you will locate the Message Family button below their Profile pic and click this.

2. Fill out your message topic, message and add any attachments you wish to the message.

3. Click Send & Release to release immediately or Send for Review to send the to Release Queue.

Please Note: Choosing to send as an Announcement will make adults unable to respond to the message. Mark Important will make sure they get an email to alert them as well.
