I want to start a new message from a desktop
1. To start a new message click the envelope icon in the top right go into your Center Inbox

2. Click the blue New Discussion box to start a message and choose who it will be sent to.

3. Add a topic title, your message and any attachments to the message
[ Image ]
4. Click send and release to send out right away or Send for review to have it go through the release queue
